E-mail Us: Due to the fact that so many E-mail addresses are made up identities, we cannot identify these identities with our records when your orders are received. We cannot serve your needs unless we have your name, address and telephone number. The first time you E-mail us and from then on just your name. We will not acknowledge E-mail without this information except to reiterate, "PLEASE READ POLICY"

We do not give estimates nor do we appraise any firearm over the internet.
We do not answer questions about your firearm over the internet, if you have questions call me.
We do not want pictures sent to us nor do we open any files sent to us.

If you have a question about guns listed on our web page other than its availability call me.

BUYING GUN

Buyer has 1 day inspection period on all guns.  If item is not as described, notify seller within 1days. Shipping  &  Insurance   is buyer's responsibility both ways. 

We have a Lay-away available with 20% down, balance due within 90 days unless prior arrangements have been agreed on.  All items put on Lay-away have no inspection and are considered sold.  No Refund On Lay-away items.  Lay-away items are final. 

All Guns sold as Collector’s Items only.  No warranty written or implied.  Purchaser assumes all liability  contingent to the  use of Firearm, Ammunition and other merchandise purchased from  Colt Parts

All parts after January 1, 2007
No Return on all parts.  Parts are exchange only, No refunds. Parts are not returnable.
If we do take a part back they are subject to 50% restocking charge.
